Please give me 2 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling a virtual session and 4 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling an in-person session. The first time with no contact is permissable.
Cancellation.
As of today, I have never been accused, arrested, charged or convicted of a crime. I completed a background check on 11/19/2023 via Checkr, and they conducted a National Criminal Database search which included a Sex Offender Registry & Global Watchlist search. I passed the background check which confirmed that I have a valid SSN and no convictions (felony and misdemeanor) within the last 7 years. I adhere to the federal Online Privacy Protection Rule (“COPPA”) for interacting with children under 13 years old. One of my core values (that which drives my decision-making) is honesty, which i vehemently adhere to.
Safety.
Data privacy is very important. Personal data, which includes but it not limited to, name, address, phone and email, is only collected for the purpose of delivery of meta-learning services. Should you sign up for notifications on my published works, I will not share any email addresses with third parites. If you process payments via the online portal, I confirm it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), which ensures secure handling of credit card data. I have added an additional step of security by password protecting the payment portal, and the password will be provided to you.
Data Privacy.
I commit to safeguarding all personal information provided during our partnership. This includes but is not limited to, location or any addresses, any of the learners’ individual original works and any personal communications outside of the session. Communication through personal cell phones is treated with utmost confidentiality. Your trust is valued, and I commit to a secure and respectful learning environment.
