“Laura was extremely helpful regarding my final stages of preparing for Green Belt certification. She provided me material on the one artifact I needed to complete (T Test), took time out of her schedule to walk me through what this tool is, how it is used, & performed exercises w/my material to make sure I fully understood the reasoning for using this. Her communication style was spot on, she provided the right level of detail for this situation, & I could tell helping me was a true priority to her. I am grateful for her help & education & would definitely use her as a SME for assistance in the future.
